Approximately 10 wonderful years. I have the pleasure of being a Facilitator/Coach & Assessor.
Just about everything - the industry has & is going through major change due to the Royal Commission into the financial service industry, which has affected and/or questioned the manner of delivery & remuneration models in some sectors. This has instilled some instability for some but opened up opportunities for others who have embraced these challenges, which have included enhanced levels of expected knowledge, higher standard of education and qualification. These service savvy practitioners have and are building a stronger sustainable business.
Expect the unexpected - the courses offered are intended to take you outside your comfort zone - challenge your thinking and explore every student's understanding and experiences.

Red wine, travel, sailing & my family (not always in that order but it helps).
If you could learn to do anything… what would it be?
Not to carry too much baggage through life and to enjoy the journey, don't just focus on the tangibles or money.
