Meet... Annabel Sullivan!
How long have you been at ISM and what is your role?
I have been with ISM since March 2020! I joined just as the pandemic was starting... very strange time to be starting a new job but ISM have been seriously amazing throughout the whole process! My role is Marketing & Sales Officer...
What has changed since you first joined?
Like everyone, we have had to change and adapt as a result of COVID19. We have to find new solutions for the ever-changing world we are living in and whilst at times it is challenging, ISM are very innovative and adaptable and it flows from the top down, ensuring they find the best solutions for their clients to continue to grow and develop in their careers.
Best advice you can give to someone considering studying at ISM?
I would say... there is no time like the present! It's been said before but the support from ISM towards their learners is real. It is a difficult time at the moment, so having that extra support to get you over the line and assist you in advancing in your carer is really inspiring. Just give us a call... you'll see!
What is your favourite thing about working at ISM?
The people! Both in the ISM office and the amazing clients I get to work with.

Favourite place you have traveled and why?
This is way too hard to pick! I guess I would have to say New York... my mom was from there so we have been going once or twice a year since I was born. I would say it is my favourite place to go. The food, culture, people, BAGELS, nightlife etc is pretty hard to beat!
Any hidden talents?
Unfortunately, none! Is that sad?
Guilty pleasure?
The Real Housewives of New York, Beverly Hills and Orange County. But if I am being honest... I don't even feel guilty about it.
If you could learn to do anything… what would it be?
My grandparents are from Croatia... I would love to learn how to speak Croatian fluently and surprise my grandma one day! I am commencing lessons in October so... let's see how we go.
